2021 Wild Barrel Riesling

This 2021 Wild Barrel Riesling has an unique history. We hadn't planned it, it was a happy accident that has yielded a dry German style Riesling that is sure to please!

This exhibits notes of honey & honeycomb along with apricot, light apple notes, a slight ginger taste accentuated with orange peel/zest. This delight has high acidity and is perfectly paired with a smoked cheese, any sort of white fish, a creamy salmon meal, or a mushroom risotto.
